Missions

1. Portfolio & Roadmap Management
Oversee the portfolio of IT initiatives driven by business needs. Maintain clear visibility on priorities, progress, and dependencies, and translate them into actionable, up-to-date roadmaps.

2. Project Planning & Delivery
Drive end-to-end project management — from scoping to delivery. Define milestones, manage timelines, and ensure delivery excellence across all phases of the project lifecycle.

3. Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
Act as a trusted point of contact for business teams. Provide transparent reporting, proactive updates, and reassurance through structured and solution-oriented communication.

4. Cross-Team Coordination
Orchestrate collaboration between all IT contributors — ensuring alignment, smooth execution, and proactive issue resolution.

5. Risk & Change Management
Identify risks early, drive mitigation plans, and manage changes in scope, priorities, or resources without losing focus on delivery and business value.

6. Governance & Quality Assurance
Ensure compliance with IT governance standards and best practices. Track delivery KPIs, monitor quality, and promote continuous improvement across projects.

7. Continuous Improvement & Efficiency
Challenge existing processes, foster agility, and encourage knowledge sharing to make delivery faster, more transparent, and more efficient across teams.

Profil

  • 5–8 years’ experience in IT project management, consulting, or business relationship management.
  • A proven ability to plan, coordinate, and deliver complex, cross-functional projects.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — clear, confident, and proactive.
  • Strong experience working in agile or hybrid environments.
  • A structured mindset combined with a collaborative, solution-oriented attitude. #LI-FA1
