As a Change and Communications Specialist, you will play a vital role in guiding the successful adoption of our digital transformation initiatives. You will design and deliver communication and change management strategies that help employees understand, embrace, and act on new ways of working. By translating complex technical concepts into clear, engaging messages, you will inform, inspire, and drive organizational change. This role combines strategic planning, creative content development, and close cross-functional collaboration. 

Missions

 

 

Communications & Change Management

  • Develop and deliver strategic communication plans to support digital transformation initiatives. 
  • Create onboarding experiences, newsletters, training assets, and gamified campaigns that strengthen user engagement. 
  • Translate complex technical topics into accessible, compelling messages.

Creative Content Production

  • Script, storyboard, and produce videos for educational, onboarding, and promotional purposes. 
  • Design visual assets that integrate 2D/3D illustration, animation, and brand-aligned aesthetics.

Cross-Functional Collaboration 

  • Partner with product, technology, and HR teams to ensure communications align with organizational priorities. 
  • Work with leadership to maintain a consistent tone and brand voice across initiatives. 
  • Provide consultation and feedback to optimize communication flows between departments. 

Profil

 

  • Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in communications and/or change management, preferably within digital transformation or organizational change contexts. #LI-LM1
