🎯 Your Mission: Become a Key Player in Our Proposal & Tender Success

🔹 Own the Tender Process

• Analyze international RFPs and tender documentation
• Extract key requirements and provide strategic input

🔹 Coordinate Winning Proposals

• Collaborate closely with Global Account Managers and cross-functional teams
• Drive the creation of competitive, high-quality submissions

🔹 Craft Impactful Bids

• Write and structure compelling proposals in English and French
• Highlight our value proposition in a clear, persuasive manner

🔹 Elevate Client Presentations

• Design visually engaging, brand-aligned client decks
• Simplify complex data into impactful storytelling

🔹 Be the Strategic Connector

• Serve as the link between commercial, technical, and client stakeholders
• Ensure timely delivery of tailored, client-focused proposals

👤What We’re Looking For:

📚 Education:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Bac+3/5) in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields

🧠 Experience:

• 2–5 years in bid management, tender coordination, or similar roles

🌐 Languages:

• Fluency in English and French (written & spoken) is essential

💼 Skills & Tools:

• Strong writing and proposal structuring skills (EN/FR)
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Canva, and Excel
• Solid understanding of international RFP processes and markets
