We are currently seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to join our Marketing team and contribute to the success of our marketing initiatives with a focus on event coordination, client engagement, and marketing asset development.

 

ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in organizing and supporting marketing initiatives, including webinars, events, and partnerships, while also creating marketing assets and supporting client success initiatives. This hands-on role emphasizes event coordination, content creation, and collaboration with both internal teams and external partners.

Missions

  • Launch, organize, support: webinars and virtual/local event logistics (setup, timing, coordination, live support)  
  • Manage event registration, audience engagement, post-event reporting, and social assets 
  • Collaborate with both internal Leytonians and external partners to promote joint initiatives and to develop messaging that resonates 
  • Build marketing collateral and sales enablement materials: brochures, bios, one pager, PowerPoint, case studies, and more 
  • Ensure all content is tailored, professional, and brand consistent 
  • Build all relevant email copy + assets to successfully launch targeted email marketing campaigns in Pardot. Working with operations specialist to execute the sends. 
  • Support business development with impactful RFP and proposal content. 
  • Client success initiatives: Gaining positive reviews, testimonials, case studies, and collaborating with our CX team 
  • Competitive analysis and benchmarking 

Profil

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • Experience in marketing, with a strong focus on event coordination and content creation
  • Natural collaborator and communicator across teams 
    Meticulous attention to detail with a passion for planning 
    Comfortable balancing multiple priorities and timelines 
    Energy, creativity, and a proactive mindset to drive initiatives forward 
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or Canva 
  • Exceptional writing and storytelling skills with a strong visual eye#LI-AN1
