We are seeking a skilled and experienced Change Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will lead the development and execution of change management strategies, ensuring the successful adoption of initiatives across the organization.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Partner with project teams and stakeholders to design and implement effective change management strategies.
  • Drive the adoption of change initiatives by providing expert guidance, coaching, and support.
  • Develop and execute key deliverables, including communication plans, training programs, and resistance management strategies.
  • Design and deliver engaging training materials, from job aids to multimedia resources.
  • Coach teams on change management best practices to build internal capability.
  • Track adoption metrics and provide targeted support to drive successful implementation.
  • Measure impact and refine change approaches based on data insights.
  • Work alongside project managers to embed change activities into project workflows.
  • Assess and monitor user readiness, ensuring smooth transitions and sustainable outcomes.

Skills:

  • Proven expertise in change management methodologies, tools, and large-scale organizational change initiatives.
  • Hands-on experience leading business and digital transformation projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively across all organizational levels.
  • Exceptional communication (written & verbal) skills in both English and French.
  • Adaptable, resilient, and results-driven with a proactive approach.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of experience in Change management.
