The Associate Data Science Manager is responsible for :
- Implementing and evolving the data domains and products required to support the needs of the company.
- Play a part in driving change management and process improvement.
- Work collaboratively with product management to create a roadmap and deliver on capabilities to increase the velocity of engineering teams.
- Ensuring team cohesion and motivation
- Designing, developing, and implementing methods, processes and systems to consolidate and analyze diverse data sets including structured and unstructured.
- Managing the daily operational activities that develop and implement tactical plans for specified area. Oversees team(s) assigned to projects and may manage implementations.
- Ensuring resources are accurately allocated in line with tactical plans and appropriately accounted for.
- Providing SMART objectives for the team and ensure its achievement
- Preparing clear career path for the team
- Providing the right support to operation ensuring clear work instruction and process definition by helping identify process deficiencies and leads the implementation of effective solutions.
- Ensuring agile SCRUM
- Delivering work products consistently, on time and on budget
- Ensuring the recruitement needs of the project
